A one night experiment in projection mapping at a brewery, run on the taproom facade of Payette Brewing in Boise.

NOVA Light Labs pointed a new high output projector at the wood facade of Payette Brewing's taproom for a single evening. One look drove the test: the building as a glass, filling with beer from the floor line up. Foam at the top. Branded videos ran between pours and pulled just as hard.

The night doubled as a brightness trial. It held through sunset. Most projection writes that hour off, but the image stayed legible against a sky still carrying light, then deepened as full dark set in.

Guests did the promotion unprompted. People walking in and out stopped, framed the wall, and shot it, with no signage and no ask. The image was the invitation. A taproom facade is a canvas the crowd is already facing, drink in hand, and a moving image on it becomes the photo of the night.
