j.p. morgan
payments unbound

J.P. Morgan wanted the Payments Unbound booth to command the trade show floor, not blend into it.

NOVA Light Labs answered with a road ready projection mapping activation. Bright, crisp, and engineered to travel from show to show.

A standard modular booth became a luminous, immersive display. The payments conference gained a centerpiece, and every guest who stepped inside left with a picture of it.

experience

Guests stepped into the booth and the surface came alive around them.

Both on the floor and on camera the effect was pure amazement. 24,000 lumens of laser light traced every element of the circuit board layout, sharp enough to cut through the glare of a Las Vegas trade show.

The projections never washed out. Guests posed inside the artwork, wrapped in branding and animated light, and walked away with a photogenic testament to the future.

“Thank you so much!

It was so great to see you and we're SO happy with how everything turned out!”

the art

The projections had to lock onto a printed graphic and bring it to life.

NOVA built the custom visuals from a blueprint of the artwork itself. Working off that template, the design traced, highlighted, and illuminated every path of the circuit board so the light landed pixel perfect on the print.

Calibrated on site, the effect was mesmerizing. Current seemed to run through the board, icons pulsed, and a flat vinyl banner read like a living machine.

system

The system had to look high end and survive life on the road.

NOVA specified a media server on wheels, sealed inside a latching road case. Every projector position was set in a 3D model first, then mounted to the booth's existing modular frame, so no custom rigging was needed on site.

Setup ran plug and play and stayed identical from city to city. The gear traveled locked down and calibrated, and a tight load in window was never a risk.
